Right after class with Corey and Chris. We tried to fit our run in right before doing steeple drills. It was chilly out, actually wore pants for the first time this season. Didnt really need them, but whatevs. Legs were sore again. Thought alot about my ankle on the run. The thing to focus on is to get better. I know what I need to do. Taking off has made me so slow. I thought we were working, but it was a slow pace...

Got back, went right into the steeple drill tutorial. I remembered all of them so I lead. Went through everything but the jogging walk overs. We arnt ready. I feel pretty flexible and loose, just this was tough since I just started running again. Excited to get that motion back, but need to be patient in hurdling. I remember how well it came back last year. Keep thinking about that. Sore after... We will do this a few more times before break, then try to get it in once a week over break.

Stretched static 3, roll, L7, and some pushups. Went down to ice bath ankle after, had a good chat with Sonny. Havnt really talked to him in a while. I know hes a soulja, keep working to get better.
