Watched OTL in the cardio room. It was about Cuse, but I couldnt really hear the words. I hope they get out of this storm. Biking was pretty boring. I was flying though, which was legit. Felt better.
Stuff afterwards.
Stretch, roll, L7, planks, and Ice bagging after. Got some longer runs at the end of the week, good lead up for the end of semester and finals.
