Felt absolutely horrible today. I had no energy and kept falling asleep. So the workout was terrible as well. i didn't hit any of the times i should have been capable of hitting.
4 x 50 meter striders
1 x 1200 hard interval hard interval at or faster than goal race pace (4:00 jog before 1000’s)
2 x 1000 hard intervals at or faster than goal race pace (3:00 jog between)was supposed to do 3-4
