FINALLY. A good workout by the coaches AND one that I ran well in. Did an 800 instead of the 50 second then 5x500meters and 3x300 meters after that. 200 meter recovery in b/w each 500 and some time after that. then 100 meter jog recov in b/w the 300's and a minute after thaat. very consistent day, went 70, 70 in the 800 then at the 400 mark in the 500s right at 70,71 and the 300's were 50,49,51 and I was only going 90 ish percent for the 300's. Half mile in between the 500 and 300 and aftter the 300's. Pleasant day. Plus, good to know that all the stuff we do is on a longer track than our races.
