Comments:
Ran in Veale on treadmill and the track. For the first part I was on a treadmill in front of the TV. Seemed like a good idea until some "True Housewives of Beverly Hills" show came on. Just a collection of more people that I would hate to meet in real life. Every time I looked up at the tv and saw an annoying "housewife" I picked up the speed until I was cruising along in the 5:30's and realized that this was not the easy run I'd planned.
