Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went out with CKells, David, Tim and Corey for a classic run out to lee and back. The wall was repaired on MLK too which was nice. We havnt gone up that way in a while. The terrain was kinda crappy, and my quads were still super sore. I didnt feel that great, sluggish and tired on the way back. Getting back into it though. Good thing I was running with people. It was kinda chilly too.
Got back, went right into steeple. It thought it would be really bad since my quads were still f-ed up. Walk throughs went ok though, tried to not lean back as much. We did some jog throughs too, will take time to get that rhythm down, but I focused on bringing the leg up strong.
Afterward, stretch static 3, followed by good roll, L7, pushups and abs. Also jumped in the ice bath because I def needed it. Feeling sore, but its a good sore.
