We did 10 hills on the trail off of Allen Ave. I'm not sure on the distance but mapmyrun.com says it was around 160m. Our goal time was mid 30s so we did pretty well, and I was impressed that I stuck with Thomas and Spencer for the whole thing. It helped that I took yesterday off since I had a dentist's appointment and I had a weird sharp pain on my right shin (which is gone now, luckily.
