Apartment, Eldridge, Terry Hershey Park: west to reservoir dike
6:40PM. Sleep: 7 hr. Felt tired as I started out on this run, considered just going easy today, but I saw a running group out on the hill, so I figured that I would join them, drills

Reservoir dike
8 * 200m hill w/downhill recovery, most of the running group was slower than me, one guy was pretty legit, shorter than my other workouts because of the late start, downhill acceleration after the penultimate hill

Terry Hershey Park: reservoir dike to Eldridge, Apartment
Said good night and happy trails to the running group and headed off to my place, pit stop at the Eldridge bathroom, stretch.
