Comments:
down resevoir, up wisconsin, back around by calvert then ran aroudn there for a little then back on resevoir and home. Stomach is a bit off and psoas is a bit tight so kept it shorter and deliberately a bit slower because I'd like to do a harder day either tomorrow or Tuesday. Strength stuff after. Feeling really good about training over break so far and made a schedule for myself
