Weather: field house tredmill
Comments:
started with some glute activation, warmed up on the treadmill for 15 mins. Then low-weight workout.
3 X 5-6 of goblet squats, weighted pull ups (15 lbs), and hip mobility.
then some core (planks, side planks, clams, dead bug and planks on ball)
5 mins cool down on tread mill. pair of laps with AP on the track. feeling a little sore.
