Tried to go out for a run today, but my foot hurt too much. Got that same pinched nerve/strained muscles/hurting like a mofo feeling in my right foot while standing in the kitchen last night. Like I said, I had this before last April right before conference. I can barely walk on it, it hurts to push off my foot. Feels strained on the top into the ankle and shin. I have no idea how it happened, the run yesterday was very good, this just popped up last night. Regardless, got to let it clear away, prob wont hit mileage, but still doing the halfmileage bike to make up. Kinda frustrated because I know I wont get to run as much next week in NC... I would just like to be above 50 when we get back. Anyways after coming back from my test jog, went downstairs to bike. Watched Sportscenter, it went by really quickly and I was going pretty good.
Stretched, random static stuff, Roll and L7. Legs feel great, ankle too,just my right foot feels pretty bad. Got to wait it out and ice.
