Comments:
I was arguing with myself last night and on my way here whether this would be just an easy run with a ton of hills or a "hard" training run on the hills. My calf felt like it was pulling some and my stomach was bothering me, so I decided in favor of the former.
I think my time was around 52 minutes, but the pace always seems very slow here, so I'd consider it 7:00 effort in my usual locations.
