I was contemplating running a normal tempo today, but didn't trust my distance measurements and worried the mud might make a normal pace unreasonable, so I just decided to do a 15-10-5 tempo with 3 minutes and 2 minutes between jogging recovery, respectively. I didn't go that fast and didn't feel all that tired afterward. It was probably too easy for a workout, but I probably still got something out of it.
