Weather: Cool, Crisp - Smoke Haze almost all gone

Comments:
Nice early morning run with 3 lots of 5 mniute intervals - broken with a 3 minute walk between each. I found this quite easy and am glad to be finally feeling a sense of 'fitness' returning to my body.
