UWRF indoor track workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Felt tired and cold, sickly, but went anyway. Did the 5k+ for warm-up, then a couple laps of strides, then 400s. Thought of between 4-8x400 and wound up doing six:

The effort was pretty easy, actually; I just had no energy or pop in the legs. Never forced the pace.

Cooled down for a mile indoors, then the 5K+ outside.
