Comments:
Its like 20 degrees, snowing, and windy outside, so we ran indoors today. I did hurdle drills after the warm up and then did the rest with the team. My foot was hurting pretty bad after yesterday and is bruised, so I wore my new kicks and undid all the middle laces and it wasn't too bad.
