Comments:
Met Ari at Cornell outdoor track, and we kinda just ran. Easy pace, through plantations, up horse hill, through golf course and back to campus. Real chill, standard run it the light snow. Legs felt good after yesterday. Stretched in the parking lot for a little bit.
L7, roll, hips and hammies back home. Feeling much looser than yesterday.
