Well that was a shitty workout. I really wish Mr. Paul would tell us what days will be hard days before hand, because I can't run these workouts in my Hurricanes. Anyway, we did 6 of what we thought was 400m (it ended up being close to 440), and a combination of my trainers and the dirt surface slowed me down a bit. I actually stuck with everyone for the first four, but on the fifth I fell back with Spencer and on the sixth I died completely.

The worst part is that tomorrow we're going to Bates to do 6-8 200s. I can only hope that I'll recover in time.
