Weather: Kind of hot, HUMID!!!

Comments:
I felt like dieing today. The plan was to run 5 miles at a good clip, 6:50ish, but I didn't make it past 2 miles. I am not used to that humidity at all. Also, my right calf is kind of sore and tight.
