Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Down to the high school mid day, planning to run then do HM. Didnt really know where to go, so just started running. Went up remington, through cayuga heights, down university, through commons out to wegmans, then through taber street and cut over to the path by the farmers market back to school. On the train tracks, rolled my ankle. Went down hard and it hurt. Kinda hobbled/ walked back to the car. Fucked up my plans for HM since it was probably better to go home and ice it. Its pretty swollen. I doubt I can run tomorrow, and go down there to do HM this week. Do it when I can. Really frustrated. I have been doing rehab, it has been feeling great, but now I got start all over again.

Drove home, stretched what I could (didnt really feel like it) then L7, roll, hips and abs. Its still early. Getting the ankled tended to in #1. Mileage will come as it does.
