i wish i would have ran more over break.. haha not the worst work out i've ever had, but definitely room for improvement. I got 2 weeks until i race so just have to hit it hard now. didn't have any idea what times i wanted to run so i just ran. 5 min cycles and splits were (3:36, 3:38, 3:43)
