Weather: overcast and low 70 high 60s
Comments:
Big run, tried to keep a 170 pace, added a all out sprint to the end of the run, 186 max HR. at about minute 24 or so I had cramping in right side of abs. walked for a little while and it went away and started running again. 170 is a tough pace. I am working hard to keep that up, and my inherent pace is probably more at 160 to 163 or so. But my body is doing well. Will try to keep up the good work!
Map is incorrect ran up 46th to 45th and cut through a bunch of non-drivable areas. But a good approximation.
