Long run in Raleigh. Lots of hills! Wade Ave (very hilly) Ridge Road (flat) Lakeboone (downhill) Glenwood (up hill) Hillsborough (flat) cameron village (downhill)
I didn't get much sleep the night before due to a wedding party, but I just drank water. The first few miles were tough up hill, but after that I got into a pretty good groove and was pleased with my time.
