god i'm not in shape. the first half was ok but i died horribly after the 2. 3 minute rest and 5 minutes after the 2 (coach cut us off from doing 2 full sets) but splits were (66-1:49-66-28.9-70-2:03) still only about a week of training in so i'm not too worried.
