Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Swelling has gone down pretty quickly, felt like I could go run today. Started at the fleet garage, ran through the salad bowl, down to the dairy bar then home the regular way. Started out slow, finished quicker. Felt very wound up, obviously since I havnt run the past few days. Ankle felt on, outside was fine, inside was weak and felt kinda sore, wasnt terrible though. The new brace is a hoss. It was pretty comforatble, feels like a tape job. Use it when I need it...
Back home, jumped on the bike for a little to finish up. Stretch, roll, L7
Wasnt quite 5... FMM (Fuck my mileage). See how I can do tomorrow, then get back into it next week and practice.
