Still hyped on the euphoria of yesterday's meet, I wanted to do something to train. I hadn't lifted in awhile, and if I want to keep dropping my 200 time to compete with the other 4x2 candidates I'm going to have to work on my strength, so I did plyos, lifting, drills, and all that stuff. Not too bad, although my arm strength is gone altogether compared to my peak during my injured days.
