Home, La Brea, Montesa, Ensenada, Lindita, El Captian, bayou trail: to Albright MS track
5:45PM. Sleep: 8 hr. Got a call from none other than the great Brett Beaugureau right before I left for this workout, talked about his upcoming trip to Houston, still a little tired, drills

Albright MS track
8 * 800m w/ 30 sec rest. I wanted to do these intervals at my race pace about 3:10, came through the first one fast, was able to run fairly consistent intervals, started hearing the call of nature toward the end, but was able to complete the workout, splits: 2:57, 3:00, 3:00, 3:03, 2:56, 2:57, 2:58, 2:54.

Bayou trail: school bridge to El Captain, Lindita, Ensenada, Montesa, La Brea, Home At the end of my workout, I started walking toward possible bathrooms, stomach settled and I started jogging, kept going, came back, tried the Burkes but they weren't home, saw Mr. Burke drive in but decided to just jog back home, stretch.
