Comments:
started with glute activation, 15 mins on treadmill,

strength: goblet squats (60 lbs), weighted pull ups (20 lbs), hip swing thingy (35 lbs)

ended with core.

Would have gone out running again but I am emotionally drained. Better to get a good night's sleep and double up tomorrow, I guess.
