Comments:
did 5x1k with the high schoolers. there's a sophomore there who's run 9:16 for the 3k this season already, so another alum and i did the workout with him and his twin brother. 3:12, 3:08, 3:05, 3:06, 2:59. we let loose the last 400 and that was nice. a little over 3min rest on each.
