Comments:
Started Eric's strength training plan today, which involved supersets using TRX, BOSU and weights. TRX push-ups, step-ups, BOSU push-ups, lunges, BOSU squats and assisted pull-ups (note: need to use full range of motion next time).

Good note: Down 4 lbs since I started about a month ago. Now's the time to clean up the eating habits and get that last 5-7 down!
