Sapsucker and the Barriers

Comments:
Didnt feel like running from home, and I got the car so we can go to the Y today. Parked at the Plantations, then started out towards Beebe lake. Felt good when I started out. It was similar weather to yesterday, but a whole lot cloudier. Wound through north campus, then headed out on Tripphammer. Started to feel tired like yesterday... Out onto Winthrop past all the little kids at recess, then through Sapsucker. The trails were very nice. Back down Freese to the horse trails. Ran the loop with the barriers. They are very overgrown, so I couldnt hurdle them, just jumped. Very old school. Back down horse hill. Started out well, got tired in the middle, but finished better. Im thinking Im dehydrated a little... Still decent run. Was a little more than 8, but I had to walk down horse hill, so I cant round up really.

Drove home, stretch, roll, L7, and then a wall hang, see if that helps.
