Comments:
Ate pretty crappily last night and today and really paid for it during the run. All I drank today was pop and coffee - no water! Can't let that happen again. Anyway, couldn't get a breathing rhythm down on the first mile. Walked a lap b/w miles 1 and 2 to fix that. Finally started to feel ok during mile 3. Can't believe I actually finished the run. Not a good time tonight.
