Forrest Hills Park

7*{2 min on, 1 min off, 1 min on, 30 sec off}, had a better workout than Monday, started out with Cromer and Grese, soon ended up in Noman's Land between those two and Dave, Gjoraas, Wade, and Tim.

With Cromer and Gjoraas, stretch, 30 Ibis, pushups, Coach told me that my hip flexors were tight(I wonder how she knows but they feel fine to me)
