Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Did a quick swim inbetween 376 and lunch. I need to do 1 maybe 2 swims a week, so ill get them in when I can. I can easily do it after biking too... Did 3 breaths mostly, kinda winded but legs were good. Stretched breifly before showering and getting to fribs. I have never seen so many people there. I had to stand and eat.
