Back to the cardio room. Went in right after knots, might beable to work on articles before though. Just biked for 40. Felt bored by the end. The bike was feeling fineky... But I was cooking.
Stretched with MJ after. Good stretch, roll, L7, hips and abs. After that, went down and talked with Jess to get on the same page. Same story, keep up with rehab and get stronger. Damage has been done, but I can be careful. Anyways went through a rehab circuit. Iced it was all good. Lets see how practice goes tomorrow with all the hecticness. I know we can do this, we souljas. ALso, my toe has been pretty stiff lately.
