Comments:
Felt a bit better than yesterday, legs certainly werent as tight and shit. Nice warmup, then some up and downs on the stairs, 2 hills, and 2 laps of jog the curve stride the straight away. Then 2 25 second runs. I wish I would have known that was all we were doing, if I had known that, I would have actually ran hard. I only got to the 150 each time :( After that just an easy run for a little.
