Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran in the evening. We got started early to avoid the hassle of running at night and never getting to dinner. We only accomplished the latter as more than half of the actual workout and all of the cool down were run in the inky blackness.
The workout was pretty positive though. Pretty smooth through out and not too taxing on any of the intervals. Hopefully this approach will serve me well come the end of the season. Ran pretty much as a group the whole time. Solid pack of Corey, David, Ethan, Tim, Chris and I. Felt really good running together with them.
My knee feels okay. Its a little swollen this morning. But icing it definitely helps so I'll keep doing that and I hopefully should be better in a week or so.
Lift was intense but good. And we got to dinner on time... score!
Also I just found out my watch got erased when I went to put in the times:(
