Really nice workout today. Everything felt a lot better after the mega-ice bath last night and the day off. Still not going too long running today. 10 minute elliptical to warmup , and an assorted variety abs, arms, lunges and such. Wonderful mixup from my usual monotonous lifting, definitely an incentive to write up a new plan. 20 minutes slow after around the indoor track to avoid the slippery sidewalks, didn't want another incident! Dont think I've ever done that many pushups before. Another ice bath tonight for sure, should be good for average length tomorrow!
