Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got to sleep in a little. It was so pretty out when me Drew Chris and Ethan left from the house. Shorts baby! Went over to top of the hill, picked up corey and david, then went to northside, picked up Evan, did a CP, then back to Northside then back up to the house. Really easy pace. Legs felt great body felt great. Back felt awful though. Got tighter as the run went on. I did heat before, thought it would be ok to run. Be smart gonna bike the tempo tomorrow and take tues off, then see where we at. Its just so tight and sore. Shit happens, at least its early. I kinda want to be ready for CMU.
GOt back stertch, roll, L7 some back stuff and ankle work. Frustrated because it was soooooo ncie out and I could have had an awesome run if my back didnt hurt. Didnt feel tired at all since it was so slow and I couldnt work it. Today should have been long
