Weather: sunny but damp cold

Comments:
Wanted to go before Sunday dinner but couldn't do it. Came home, just went through the motions and got out for the first time in a while. Just two easy laps of the 'hood and then four strides up Boyle St. Hill. Felt great to be out. Hopefully I can keep it up. Gotta beat this depression if I want to be happy again.
