Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a hill workout with the Alumni today. And by with the alumni i mean they watched and I ran. Brooke creeped on this page too. She just looked here again. Thats two for two on logs in the past 5 minutes. Maybe she'll creep on the next one I write in the next couple minutes and make it three for three on logs for the day. Anyways this workout went well. I was pleased with how it was. I ran in the long group which was good. I felt strong up the hills and smooth. I really felt I was able to get up and over well. Which built my confidence. My knee is getting steadily better which is also a good sign. Quarter mile hill repeats with equal distance slow jog back down.
