Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
as the title suggests, baaad tempo. felt fine/ even good but then around 16 minutes or so (why so early I'm not sure...) hit some kind of wall and faded back a bit from the pack. Nothing was particularly hurting, it just felt really bad. Ended up taking the shorter option back. Kept a fine clip on the way back, but the pace should have been much faster with the effort I was giving. Not sure if that makes sense, it seems like the effort was way up but pace wasn't matching as it usually does. I know people have bad workouts and off days and that I shouldn't read into it much, but can't help analyzing and whatnot. Hoping nosebleed stuff will go away soon as well. Planks after, clams and whatnot at home. Messed up timing again.
