6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 2, 2, 1:41, 80, 59, 43, 28, 28, 28, with 4.5', 4', 3.5', 3' , 3', 3' rest between intervals. deceptively tough workout. legs were pretty heavy at the beginning and then again at the end.
