Comments:
3 mile tempo, 600 jog, then 4x200 with 200 jog. Workout was ok I guess for my first tempo back, but my stomach was messed up a little bit probably because I hadn't digested my lunch. Kept it really under control overall though and never felt like I was pushing too hard.
