Comments:
I don't know how we came to the conclusion that our workout was 2000 meters, but we did. 4x150 accelerators, 4x50? accelerators and 4x150 buildups. Plus hills of some distance. Running back and forth as well is calculated for in the 2000m. Felt fine but tired, as usual this week.
