Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran with david and paul, and mitchell was with us for 1.5 before he bolted, without any notice. it was weird. was a pretty good run. relaxed early, and we kind of picked it up on the way back, but not too much, because we're all racing tomorrow. more like a switch from real slow to not so slow. then spent lots of time in the locker room and fribley just killing time.
