simulated hill workout

Pretty exhausted from driving around yesterday. Slept in, and didnt feel like making the trek back out to the meet. WEnt down to veale around noon to simulate the hill workout we were supposed to do today. Back is feeling a lot less tight, considering I had an episode yesterday. I am confident it will feel good to go in a week, which Jess estimated the amount of time it would take to get better. Anyways, pretty solitary day, not many people around. Just did the hills setting on the bike, it was intervals of 1 min on, 1 min off with the ons increasing in thoughness. I was working pretty hard on most of them, and it didnt feel too tedious.

After, standard stretch roll L7 then left because Iw as hungry. No heat or Ice because the training room was closed. What evs, still waiting it out and taking the time I need. THis might actually help me in the long run. I remember I took a down week off right before cross started. This is around that same time frame.
