warmup 20 rollercoaster, 6X800m @ 10K pace w/400m jog in between, 10 min c/d then drills

I meant to run them all at around 2:55, but hey. I cooled down barefoot for a couple laps, and on the 2nd lap there was a little tension on the inside of my right leg, below the calf but above the ankle. Not a major cause for concern, but I need to get diligent again on my exercises.
