Exercise Type: Bike

Came back and hit the bike. Just heated today. Bike with a bunch of people we were dominating the cardio room. Wasnt into the workout yesterday, so i picked it up a little for the interval. Went 10 warm up, bumped up the resistance, went 10 hard, 5 off 5 on then 10 cool down. Worked decently hard, still very boring.
Rehab after
Stretched, static 2, roll, L7 and some abs. Didnt finish them so I dropped down and gave it 60 pushups to show Mens Health that im not a pussy. Honeslty, felt better at the end of the day. It isnt a super tight feeling, but I can still tell that it isnt normal now...
