Comments:
Nice and easy around the first lake, out with a large group and back with just Corey. Had ultrasound before, and had Jess do just an Achilles wrap, and I think I finally found something that helps. Ankle was no more than a minor annoyance, and I didn't notice it at all for the majority of the run. Did 4x 100 strides after, felt pretty smooth on those. Static 1 hips and rolling after.
Both excited and nervous for tomorrow, not really sure what I can do. It's been a long time since I've raced a mile.
